How to Make Dollhouse in an Altoid Tin

If you haven't noticed, I'm a bit obsessed with Altoid Tins (like for organization, travel, homeschool, etc).  After doing the 50+ Tiny Toys post last week, I just had to make one of my own!

Behold, the Pocket Dollhouse!

Dragonfly loves tiny things, so I looked on Amazon for miniature toys.  I found a set of teeny dolls called Cabbage Patch Li'l Sprouts.  The bigger dolls are 1.5" tall and the babies are about 0.5" small.  Once I got the dolls, I started assembling the furniture.

The bed and chair are made from craft sticks.  The bed is made from the jumbo ones and the chair is made from large sized ones.  They're held together with hot glue.  The table is constructed from a wood disk and a wood bead.

The carpet is sticker-backed felt, which is really easy to use and stays down well.  The doll bedding is felt as well.  Since the package came with a tiny panda, I made a water and bamboo dish with craft foam.  I'm hoping to add a few doll accessories before our road trip.

This dollhouse was a fun project, and I hope you enjoyed reading about it!
