50 Ways to Celebrate the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation
This October 31st marks the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. In 1517, a monk named Martin Luther nailed a long list, called the 95 Theses, onto the door of a church. For Protestant Christians looking for an alternative to Halloween, Reformation Day is a great substitute. You can eat good food, dress-up, and play games- all in a way that honors the lives of the Reformers and celebrates Church history. Because I seem to be addicted to lists lately, I put together a list of 50 way to party like it's the Middle Ages.

ReplyDeleteI like how the list ends with "Read the bible in your own language." Something we should do every day, but adding it to the list is a reminder to appreciate it.
